As a Minor Action, the healer can keep one Dying character alive. If the healer remains within reach of the Dying individual and expends their Minor Action to keep them alive, the Dying individual will not die, no matter how many Rounds pass. A character kept alive in this fashion, dies immediately if the healer fails to use their Minor Action to keep them alive or moves farther than Reach distance at any time before the Dying individual is stabilized.
