If the character needs something unsavory or illegal done in a place with a fair-sized underworld, they can make a Presence Check to see if they already know a guy who can do the job. The Adventure Guide sets the Difficulty Score based on the type of skills the character is looking for, and on a success, they find someone who will do the work. They may still need to pay the person or offer something in exchange, but the person is available and willing.
